Terms governing UnimeType, Unime Credits, BYOK requests and AI output
2026/08/03
Effective August 3, 2026.
These Terms govern your use of the UnimeType app, custom keyboard, website, Unime Credits service, and related features. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
UnimeType provides keyboard actions for language conversion, polishing, and explanation. AI actions can use either Unime Credits or a compatible provider account and API key that you configure yourself.
Using Unime Credits requires a UnimeType account. The account balance and purchases are separate from any AddMana account. Each signed-in device obtains its own short-lived credential for the managed route. You are responsible for keeping your device, password, session, and BYOK credential secure.
Continuing with an email code, Google, or Apple may create a UnimeType account when one does not already exist for that email. By continuing from an UnimeType account-access screen, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy. Optional product analytics is controlled separately, starts off, and is not required to create an account, buy credits, or use paid functionality.
When you choose Convert, Polish, or Explain, you instruct UnimeType to submit the selected action text through the request route configured in the app. You represent that you have the right to submit that text and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
AI output may be incomplete, incorrect, offensive, or unsuitable for your purpose. Review output before sending, publishing, or relying on it. UnimeType does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Unime Credits are consumable digital items purchased through a supported app store or the UnimeType website. The provider’s purchase sheet or checkout page shows the current product, quantity, and price before you confirm a purchase. After provider verification, credits are applied to the signed-in UnimeType account and deducted according to the model tier and measured usage of each managed request. The app displays the available balance.
Credits have no cash value, are not a deposit or bank account, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be transferred or used outside UnimeType. Credits may be added by a one-time pack or by an automatically renewing subscription. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of the billing period that granted them. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not extend the current billing period. One-time pack credits remain until used and do not expire.
Available model tiers, upstream providers, point-consumption rates, and technical limits may change. A change does not remove credits already recorded in your account, but the amount of model usage those credits purchase can change when provider cost or service configuration changes. The app will display the applicable tier and balance information available to it.
Apple, Google, or the website payment provider processes payment and purchase authorization for its purchase route. A one-time pack is charged once. A subscription renews and charges for each billing period until you cancel it through the provider that sold it; each successfully paid period adds the credits shown before purchase. A store purchase is sent to the UnimeType service while you are signed in and is credited only after provider verification. If verification is temporarily unavailable, the app keeps the store transaction unfinished where the platform supports retry.
Refund requests are handled under the applicable payment provider’s process. If a provider revokes or refunds all or part of a transaction, the corresponding credited amount is removed from the account. The balance may become negative when those credits were already used. UnimeType does not receive or control payment-card information handled by the payment provider.
When you use BYOK, your provider’s fees, quotas, availability, model behavior, acceptable-use rules, privacy policy, and other terms apply to that request. You are responsible for the accuracy of the Base URL, model name, and API key you save, and for all provider charges generated with that key. UnimeType is not a party to your agreement with the BYOK provider.
You may not use the service to:
UnimeType may restrict or disable an account session, short-lived managed credential, account balance, or managed-service route when reasonably necessary to respond to fraud, a refunded or invalid transaction, credential exposure, unlawful use, security risk, material abuse, or a violation of these Terms. Where practical, we will limit the restriction to the affected object.
You retain your rights in text you submit. UnimeType does not claim ownership of your action content merely because it is processed. The UnimeType app, website, branding, interface, and service software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant a right to copy, resell, or create a competing service from protected UnimeType materials.
The service may be unavailable because of network conditions, App Store systems, gateway maintenance, provider outages, model changes, regional restrictions, or other dependencies. We may modify or discontinue a feature, tier, model route, or compatibility option.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, UnimeType is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee that every request will succeed or that every output will be accurate. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, UnimeType is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by AI output, a BYOK provider, an unavailable upstream service, loss of a credential, or use of the service contrary to these Terms. This limitation does not apply where the loss results from fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or another responsibility that cannot legally be limited.
The Apple-platform app is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple is not responsible for operating the UnimeType service or providing UnimeType support. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies in addition to these Terms unless a valid custom EULA shown by Apple replaces it.
The Android app is distributed through Google Play. Your use of Google Play and purchases processed by Google are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. FIGURICH LTD, not Google, operates the UnimeType service and provides UnimeType support.
We may update these Terms when the service, purchase model, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated page will show its effective date. Continued use after an update means the updated Terms apply to subsequent use, subject to applicable law.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@unimetype.com.
