Setup runs on more Windows 11 builds and reports install errors clearly.

The installer targets Windows 10 2004 and all Windows 11 builds (not only 24H2).
Setup shows a clear error dialog if install fails, and blocks the wrong CPU architecture package.
ThinkPad P16s and other Intel/AMD PCs must use the x64 setup, not ARM64.
