Delete your UnimeType account

Delete through the website

1. Open the account Security page and sign in to the UnimeType account you want to delete.
2. Select Delete Account.
3. Review the deletion details, then confirm Delete.

Cancel store subscriptions separately

Deleting the UnimeType account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Cancel the subscription in the store that sold it to stop future charges. An active Stripe subscription is cancelled during account deletion.

Deleted with the account

• Sign-in access and authentication sessions
• Remaining Unime Credits and wallet access
• Device sessions, managed credentials, and account settings
• Account-linked usage records that are not required for a retained transaction or legal obligation

Limited records that may remain

• Purchase identifiers, product records, refund status, and accounting records required for transaction integrity, fraud prevention, refunds, disputes, accounting, or law
• Support or security records that must remain for an unresolved request, abuse investigation, or legal obligation

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email support from the address used for the account. Include the words “account deletion” and do not send a password, session token, API key, or payment-card number.
